Insalata Caprese
A simple yet tasty salad of sliced tomato, bocconcini and fresh basil.
Lugana ‘I Frati’
Tortellini carne con Salvia
Meat filled Tortellini with a butter and fresh sage sauce
Soave ‘La Rocca’ 2003 Pieropan
Arrosto di Vitello
Roast veal that is well seasoned with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Serve with a selection of char grilled veg.

Selezione di Formaggi
The local cheeses will be almost impossible to find over here so substitute a selection of Italian cheeses. I find that a good Pecorino is hard to beat on a cheese board.
Amarone 2001 Allegrini
Café con Biscotti
A glass of grappa either after or even in your coffee to make it a ‘corretto’ will round off the evening in style.
